Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Bombshell Salon team members, as they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hours' notice for appointment cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48-hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, the entire appointment fee will be charged.


If you have to cancel, we ask for a minimum of 24-hours' notice before your appointment time. If less than 24-hours' notice is given, 100% of the service will be billed to the card on file. For no-show appointments, 100% of the service will be billed to the card on file.

24-Hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows, or Missed Appointments

All same-day appointment cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full scheduled appointment cost.

Late Arrival Policy

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you're going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead to let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule the appointment or pay for the service if it can’t be provided within the amount of time that's left.
